Recently, Hebei Longma Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully completed the production of a batch of high-specification pipeline pipes. The relevant products have now arrived at the port and will be shipped to overseas markets via bulk cargo ships. The products exported this time include various specifications of X65 PSL2 and X70 PSL2 series pipeline steel pipes, with a total weight of 234.6 tons, fully demonstrating the company’s comprehensive strength in the field of high-end steel pipe manufacturing.
The products exported this time mainly include four different specifications of pipeline pipes, of which the largest specification is the X70 PSL2 welded pipe with an outer diameter of 1219.2 mm and a wall thickness of 30.18 mm. A single batch of 244 meters is supplied, weighing 215.92 tons. This large-diameter pipeline pipe is mainly used in the construction of trunk natural gas transmission pipelines, and has extremely high requirements for the strength, toughness and welding performance of the product. The successful application of API 5L PSL2 X70M LSAW steel pipes indicates that the company has reached the international advanced level in the production technology of high-strength pipeline steel.
At the same time, this shipment also includes various specifications of X65 PSL2 series pipeline pipes, including different models with outer diameters of 406.4 mm, 323.9 mm and 219.1 mm. These products are mainly used for branch pipeline network construction and various industrial pipeline systems. Among them, the X65 PSL2 welded pipe with an outer diameter of 323.9 mm is supplied in a length of 134.2 meters, demonstrating the company’s scale advantage in the production of medium-sized pipeline pipes.
