Australian customer visited our factory
On April 12th, as a member of steel pipe factory, we welcomed Mr. Robert, an Australian customer, to visit our factory. This visit is not only an honor for us, but also a recognition and support for our products and services.
Early in the morning, Mr. Robert and his team came to our factory on time. With a warm welcome, we introduced to them the history, development and production of our factory. They marveled at our scale and the advancement of our production line, and were impressed by our continuous technological innovation and quality control.
Afterwards, we led Mr. Robert and his party to visit the production workshop. In the workshop, the machines were roaring and the workers were operating the equipments in an organized way, showing our production process and technology level. mr. Robert observed every link carefully and expressed his opinions and suggestions from time to time. He asked some in-depth questions about our production process and quality control, and expressed his satisfaction with our technical strength and quality control.
During the visit, we also introduced Mr. Robert our main products in detail, including ERW, LSAW and other steel pipes, and showed him our product quality inspection reports and international certificates.Mr. Robert, who was interested in our API 5L (API 5L Grade B) line pipe, EN10210 structural steel pipe (S235JR, S355JR, S355J0H) and AS/NZS1163 (Grade C350) steel pipes. He highly recognized the quality of our products, and expressed the intention to establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with us.
After the visit, we had an in-depth communication and negotiation with Mr. Robert and his party. We had a full communication and negotiation on the future cooperation mode, product customization requirements and service support. Both sides reached a preliminary consensus on the details of cooperation and expressed that they would further strengthen cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.
